The Electoral Appeals Committee of the Sudanese Football Association, headed by Mawlana Omar Suleiman, issued a decision today, June 18, 2025, rejecting the appeal submitted by association member Nadi Wad Nubawi against the publication of the final list of candidates for Dr. Moatasem Jaafar's list at the association's general assembly, scheduled for July 1, 2025. The decision was made at its virtual meeting No. (2) on June 22, 2025. The committee reasoned its decision by stating that the appeal was submitted outside the timeframe set by the general assembly's procedures schedule, stating that the appeal deadlines begin on June 14 and end on June 18, 2025.
