As part of his current visit to the Senegalese capital, Dakar, Eng. Yasser Nasreddin Hamza Al-Samani, Vice President of the Sudanese Football Association
and Head of the National Team Mission, met with Mr. Abdoulaye Fall, President of the Senegalese Football Association, at the beginning of his official meetings program. The meeting was attended by His Excellency the Sudanese Ambassador to Senegal, Mr. Abdulghani Al-Naeem Awad Al-Karim, and members of the embassy.
During the meeting, Eng. Yasser conveyed the greetings and congratulations of the President of the Sudanese Football Association, Dr. Moatasem Jaafar Sir Al-Khatim, and the First Vice President, Dr. Osama Atta Al-Mannan, praising the deep relations between the two federations and brotherly countries.
For his part, Mr. Abdoulaye Fall welcomed the Sudanese delegation, affirming his close monitoring of the development of Sudanese football. He affirmed the Senegalese Federation's readiness to provide all forms of support and overcome any obstacles to contribute to the success of the upcoming match. The Vice President of the Federation and Head of the Falcons of Jediane Mission also met with Mr. Mohamed Diouf, Secretary-General of the Senegalese Football Federation, in the presence of His Excellency the Ambassador and members of the Embassy. The meeting discussed the organizational and technical aspects of the Sudan-Senegal match in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers, scheduled for Friday, September 5, 2025. The Secretary-General affirmed the Senegalese Federation's commitment to facilitating all necessary arrangements to ensure a distinguished technical performance befitting the two brotherly teams.
